OQANO Execution Services Inc. uses this offer request form to learn whether a business might benefit from an inquiry follow-up pilot and to respond to the person who submitted it.

What this form collects

Your name, business name, business email, public website or social profile if provided, business category, approximate inquiry count, contact channels, and the optional business-process notes you enter.

Why we use it

To assess fit, reply to your request, prepare a scope if appropriate, and maintain a record of the commercial inquiry. Submitting a request does not enroll you in a subscription or authorize OES to contact your customers.

What not to submit

Do not include your customers' names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment details, passwords, or CRM credentials. If a pilot is accepted, the parties will agree separately on authorized and secure access to relevant records.

Storage and access

Requests are intended to be stored in a restricted OES-operated database. OES personnel with a business need may access them. We do not sell submitted business contact information. Specific retention or deletion obligations are subject to applicable law and an agreed customer relationship.
